Association is dully Registered under section 10 of the Tamilnadu Societies Registration Act, 1975 (Tamilnadu Act 27 of 1975) Registration Number is 5 / 2004 and Registered at Thenkasi.

The Co-Ordinator Shri.Rtn.S.Chidambaram, who is a renowned person in Karur. He is the Founder-Chairman and Managing Director of Karur Benefit Fund Ltd., Karur which is an approved “Nidhi” company by the Govt. of India. He is the executive committee member of the Chamber of Nidhis, Chennai. He is the Founder and Chairman of Sakthi College of Nursing and Sri Meenakshi Matriculation School. He is the former president of Rotary Club of Karur Texcity and former chairman of the Karur Texcity Rotary Foundation.
